Subscriptions
By committing to subscribe to Fikabröd for 6 months or 12 months, you make it much easier for us to plan and curate our boxes. So as a thank you for signing up for a commitment term, we give you the best price we can on your subscription!
The 6-Month Commitment and 12-Month Commitment subscription plans are billed monthly. With commitment terms, there’s no longer the need to pay upfront for a multi-month subscription.
Commitment subscriptions can only be cancelled at the end of the subscription period.
Fikabröd is a monthly box, so you’ll receive a delivery from us once a month.
It’s a surprise!! While we’ll never tell you what’s in an upcoming box, we do share the theme on our homepage and via our newsletter and social media (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.)
Every month the Fikabröd team will carefully curate a subscription box perfect for bakers—from adventurous beginners to advanced pâtissiers! Each month you’ll receive 5–7 items to help fuel your creativity in the kitchen. The boxes will feature gourmet and international ingredients, such as specialty sugars, handcrafted nut butters, artisan sprinkles, novel flavourings, and more. We’ll also include gorgeous baking decorations, unique kitchen tools, and fun baking-related goodies to let you take your love of baking beyond the mixing bowl. Each monthly box will have its own unique theme that will excite and encourage you. Learn more about what’s included.
Yes, your subscription will auto-renew at the end of your subscription period.
Gift subscriptions will NOT auto-renew.
Yes, you may purchase one-time boxes in the Past Box Shop.
You will be billed for your first box on the date you place the order. All future boxes (renewals) will be billed on the 17th of each month.
Certainly! Send us a message via our contact form letting us know what month you want to skip, and we’ll take care of it from our end. That month you would neither receive a box nor be charged for a renewal.
You may cancel your subscription up until 11.59pm PT on the 14th of the month. (This is 3 days before payment is charged.) After this date, your subscription will ship as scheduled, and any cancellations will apply to the the end of your current subscription period.
All subscriptions are non-refundable. However, if you have extenuating circumstances and need to have your subscription cancelled after the renewal date, please see our cancellation policy.
Since Fikabröd is located in Georgia, we’re required by law to collect sales tax for boxes being shipped to addresses in Georgia.
Gift Subscriptions
No, gift subscriptions don’t auto-renew.
If you ordered a one-month gift subscription, the subscription will begin and cancel before the box ships. We apologize for any confusion, but this is just how our subscription platform (weirdly) handles one-monthers. But don’t worry; your gift will still ship as expected!
General Shipping
Fikabröd is not responsible for shipments returned or lost due to old, incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses. We are also not responsible if a box is held at a post office and the recipient never retrieves it. If a box is returned to us, a reshipping and handling fee of $10.95 will be charged to reship the package. We do not offer refunds on boxes returned to us due to invalid addresses. If you need to talk to us about a returned package, please email help {at} fikabrodbox {dot} com.
Send a photo of the box and the broken item to help {at} fikabrodbox {dot} com within 7 days of receipt of your Fikabröd box. We do not offer replacements without proof of damage or beyond 7 days post-delivery. Once we confirm the damaged good, we’ll ship out a replacement ASAP.
At the present time, we only ship within the USA. We plan to look into shipping to other countries (Canada in particular). We’ll be sure to announce via our newsletter and social media if we start offering international shipping!
Subscription Shipping
Our subscription boxes ship at a flat rate of $8 per month.
Sign up by the 23rd of the month to receive the current month’s box. If you subscribe on the 24th of the month or later, you’ll receive the next box. (These dates may be extended during the holiday season. See Subscribe page for exact dates.)
We ship our boxes during the last week of each month, so you will receive your box at the very beginning of the next month. We ship via USPS, so providing an exact delivery date is unfortunately impossible. Per the USPS website, the vast majority addresses in the USA should receive their package within 2–5 business days of shipment from our office outside of Atlanta, GA.

The shipping rate for your Past Box Shop order is based on the total weight of all items in your order.

Typically, Past Box Shop orders ship each Wednesday. (Orders must be placed by 12pm ET on Tuesday to be included in the current week’s shipments.)
